As I said the first time for your interview, this blog is a place where a person in need of inspiration stops by to resource himself. Mark's blog is packed with personal and honest tips on how to to go about to lose weight and get the body you want (for the readers of my blog atleast!) You are doing a great job Mark. Keep it up! :)

P.S. Sorry for my late reply. I'm really busy with packing up, etc. I'm returning back to France this weekend. ;) Was in holiday in my native country Mauritius.

Thanks for your comments Lyman. Yes I think we are on the same page spiritually because the teachings of Emmet Fox both ring true for us. As for the physical side of things, anyone can have the body they want, it's a question of desire and commitment. Maybe your wife wouldn't like a bench and dumbbells in the living room lol. I also look forward to reading more at your blog for a long time to come.

Wow, Mark... thank you for all of the kind words.

Of course, some of the more personal stuff *can* backfire at times. Now my wife just loves to give me the "watcha doin'" at every turn! :)

I still remember when you first posted about the 7 Day Mental Diet... I knew at that moment that you and I were on the same page. Then I saw your abs, and I knew you were WAY beyond me in that area. Wow! (Don't worry... you know I'm happily married!)

To me, your blog covers all areas of personal development... physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual - which is why I really enjoy it. You have no problem talking about what you don't think is helpful (like your recent post on Abraham-Hicks), as well as your own take on long held beliefs (your post on why Jesus was crucified comes to mind on that one).

I'm glad you're back in the swing of blogging, and I look forward to reading more in the future.
