I like the way you show importance in increasing the load or the reps in every work out. It's probably not that important for people who only wants to maintain their body shape, but it's certainly necessary for those who want to gain muscle.</description>

		<description>That is such a good idea!!! I do very low weights (joint issues), and can only add a little at a time. I was just looking for 1# weights for barbells, but all you can get are the individual dumbells. Thanks!</description>
