The No Diet, Diet from craigharper.com.au - I really liked Craig’s tips for healthy eating in this 2-part video. Common sense tips for everyone. One I particularly liked was, “Don’t drink your calories”. For me, that means the only fluid I drink is water with the exception of a protein shake post-workout.
The Balanced Life Center has an interview with Steve Olson about politics and spirituality. This quote from Steve was gold, “While I do believe in freedom for all people everywhere, I don’t believe we can achieve it at the barrel of a gun, attempting to coerce others into seeing our point of view.”
Scott H Young advises us to take a reality check. He is speaking here about the necessity of checking in on your goals every now and then to see what’s working and what isn’t. Feedback is essential for success! If some things aren’t working so well, his next post “When Everything you Try doesn’t Work, Break Cycles”, will help you interrupt your patterns of thinking, feeling or action to find that inspiration to steer you toward success.
Copyblogger lists 5 Common Headline Mistakes and how to Avoid Them. This is a great article that will help bloggers (including myself) improve their headlines. Readers want something that’s interesting and that will be of benefit to them. You can write an article that fits the bill but if your headline sucks, you’ll lose many potential readers.
